Summary
Language learning is not only a means to   improve communication, but more importantly a key avenue to promote cultural   understanding. To understand the importance of language and culture, people   need to be familiar with languages and culture. This publication explores   language-learnign across the globe, from France to Kazakhstan and from Peru   to Tanzania.
