The   following document is a basis for the online Catalogue of initiatives that   was prepared for the MOOCs4Inclusion study, financed by the Joint Research   Centre (JRC) of the European Commission. The information provided online   (www.moocs4inclusion.org) is based upon the below templates that describes free digital learning (FDL) initiatives.
